Hi. I’ve had an email from my own blueyonder account saying it’s been hacked and states the password. How do I access the account to change the password? It is not on my virgin media account.

Thanks. The blueyonder accounts aren’t showing up in my accounts. Even my virginmedia email accounts only give me the option to delete?

VM changed the password reset process for secondary accounts some time ago. These days each secondary account has its own My Virgin Media account.
Now the route to reset the password on a secondary email account now is either:
"Hi. Is anyone going to get back to me regarding this?"
I have escalated this to the ForumTeam.
