I have a very old blueyonder email which I haven't used for 15-20 years at least, I keep getting letters, texts and emails (to my current email) saying its been used to send spam, I've asked if the account can be closed but apparently its the primary email on the account. If I try to reset the password I am told the email doesn't exist so am stuck in a never ending loop and can't see a way out of it

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your old email address.
Please can you confirm, do you currently have a current virgin media account?
