I have had a blueyonder account for years which is fine on the PC but have been unable to add my account to outlook on my new phone, I get so far but the Outlook app will not accept my email address and password saying it does not exist even though it is correct and works elsewhere.
I believe the IMAP and POP settings changed for the blueyonder accounts some time ago - but I have lost the information and do not know if that is something I can change myself as I am no expert. Could that be the issue? anyone able to help?
