Hi I can't access my blueyonder email account it is asking me to verify my identity but when I input my details it does nothing. Any help please.

Are you able to access your emails by webmail
Its hard to be able to help if we issue are not fully explained

Thank you for attaching those screenshots. Can you tell us if you're able to sign into your emails via your MyVirginMedia account? Either on the App or the web browser?
If you cannot, please tell us what error message you're seeing.
Is your email listed on your online account under Manage Accounts? There should be a list of emails that are attached to your current active account.
