Yes, the Virgin Media forum staff will contact you via this forum. However, given the Christmas break, I think you may not get a response before 2 Jan 2019 at the earliest.

I wish things were that easy. When I try to sign in, it doesnt recognise the email address and or the password. And I know that both are definitely correct.. And if you try to recover any details at sigh in, it starts to ask for info about account reference, etc which I can provide but this did not work. In th emean time, spamming goes on....................
I even spoke to someone on the Virgin Technical team who could not do anything. (poor support)
