Please can someone help?
Blueyonder email no longer working since Thursday last week.
All was working fine previously.
I’ve rang virgin media three times and they have tried resetting my password but still no joy. They have also mentioned the email isn’t on the account but it’s worked fine for many years albeit an old Blueyonder type.

Log into your MyVirginmedia account and see if your email address is listed there. If it's not you are in danger of using it.
Wait for a forum staff member to pick this up and offer to help.

When logging into MyVirgin and clicking on the email tab I get the error message, your mailbox is not available at the moment. Therefore unable to check if it’s listed.
Really hoping I can recover access.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
If the team have advised the email isn't on the active account and a password reset hasn't been successful, then it would more than likely mean the email address has been set for deletion. I will send you a PM though to help,
