Hi, I've been using a blueyonder account for many years without issue. This past week a secondary email account has locked me out at 1am every night, all email clients have this problem and attempting to access webmail tells me the mailbox is unavailable and to retry in an hour. I have to reset the password every night to regain access, this only happens on the secondary blueyonder account, my main account also blueyonder does not have this problem. I can confirm I am a current Virginmedia broadband customer. Resetting the password everynight is not a feasible fix for this problem, as i have to inform the user of this account of the password change for them to regain access to their emails. Is there a more permanent fix for this problem.
