My dad had a Blueyonder email I believe this is through virgin media now? He passed away in 2021 and the broadband and tv contract was changed into his wife’s name and her email. We now have no access to this email address but still have multiple companies who use this address as it was a joint email but now have no access to it somehow, have tried to change the password but the email is no longer recognised.
Is there anyway to get into this email as we really need to get access as we know insurance emails are still going into this.
