A few days ago, my wife received an SMS saying that her email account had been sending out spam and had been locked.
We were able to access the account, but both my email address and my wife's email address's are still unable to function - and when I tried to access them using the Manage Accounts - I can't see any of the Blueyonder email addresses that we have had for around 20 years.
Can anyone offer some assistance? We have important emails that we need to have access to.
We are and always have been active customers of Virgin Media ... ever since the TeleWest days. Our accounts are therefore not orphans. Two calls to the call centre have so far taken us no further - and we are now awaiting two unreturned 'We'll call you back in xx minutes" calls.
Very disgruntled customer at the moment.
As the blueyonder emails (and everything linked through them) have occasionally been the only reason to reject better deals for our internet provider, if they can't be retrieved/fixed, we will look elsewhere.
