So, Blacklist is rudimentary. That must be the reason that it is a waste of time as, I am informed each time, that sender is already blacklisted.
Now if only I can implement Kaspersky's efficient method.....

The word Blacklist probably invokes an expectation of future messages from the sender being excluded from the mailbox whereas the reality is they are instead delivered to the spam folder.

As stated in my post: when attempting to blacklist am informed that already blacklisted.
Blacklisted(?) sender/s are not in spam folder.
If an email arrives in your Inbox and blacklisting it produces:followed by:then the Blacklist filter rule is failing to run.
Does Blacklist appear as the first rule in your Filter Rules list; to check select ≡, then Settings, ▸ Email, and Filter Rules?
After selecting key you refer to I do not see Settings only last one Blacklist.
Assuming you are logged into VM Web mail, then Settings is in the top right corner - click this three line icon and a drop down list allows you to choose Settings:
Then you get a new window display with this selection menu - you need the filter rules part of the menu:

Many thanks for info. Unfortunately I deleted all blacklist in error so, obviously, I cannot complete Filter Rule. Presume must wait for filter to fill up.
