Auto Forward not Working

From a few days ago my auto forward mail to my outlook a/c.

Please advise.

In webmail what error is shown when the email is manually forwarded?

Sorry to hear that your emails are not being forwarded. Is the forward request still there do you get any errors?

AFAIK the auto-forward process fails silently.

Were you able to manual forward the email? Yes, then create the following filter rule to verify execution is occurring by setting Set colour flag action:

Make sure to move the new rule to the head of rules list by using the ⚌ handles to drag and drop.

If an email's Set colour flag is:

  • not set then there is an issue with the rule execution process
  • is set then there is an issue with the auto-forward; most likely failure due to a Spam Content Found error
