All my email have disappeared from webmail

I have had problems accessing email and now all my emails have disappeared from webmail. How can I get them back

Check all the folders including deleted, spam and any other folders you may have created. If the emails are not there then I'm afraid they have gone. 

Virgin don't keep backups, that is the user's responsibility.
