All e-mails beyond July 2021 have dissappeared?

All my e-mails have dissappeared, 11 years worth, just have from July 2021. Can anyone help? TIA

Sign into webmail and:

• check Trash folder for missing emails
• select ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Change IMAP subscriptions (located towards foot of page), expand all folders to confirm all are selected and then Save
• check other folders in case missing emails were moved elsewhere

If the missing emails still cannot be found then they are unfortunately considered unrecoverable.

FWIW there are a number of posts on this forum, and on others, with similar reports and various reasons given for the loss, i.e. OS / email client update, user or miscreant activity, etc.
