Administrator of Blueyonder email address

Hi,

I am need of some tech support, relating to Email / email addresses. I have been VM customer since Telewest days.

All my family have blueyonder.co.uk email addresses. I used to be able to login into my account and change all the email addresses passwords associated to the Account.

I lost the ability administrator and change the passwords. I no longer have Administrative privileges and I need urgently need to change Password as my Son can no longer access his email. Forgot password is not longer working.

I attempted to call in for support but the waiting times are excruciating and I am not getting anywhere Fast, even worse as we approach Easter bank hol.

Admin / What can you advise? Thank you.

Each email address now has its own My VM account

Secondary accounts changes now have to be made via the My Virgin Media account for the secondary email.

Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Account Settings then Account details. You should now see the options to change password etc.

If that isn't available try https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password

If no security answers have been set for the email address concerned then you will need to call in for support and select technical issues> email
