When logged into my Virgin email account I added a second account some time ago to save switching accounts. But for some time now although the second account is still listed it won't expand and gives an error.
"The provided login information to access mail server imap.ntlworld.com seems to be wrong. Please try again."
I've even tried adding it again but it says it exists so I can't. Does anyone know how I can just delete the second account from the first (not delete the account altogether)?
