Account can’t log in to media account

I am able to receive Virgin media emails. Therefore Virgin knows my email address.

However when I try to register with this email address it keeps on asking to do another different password even though the password I enter fulfills the required details.

Please can you clear cache and cookies, try a private window and another browser / device if it doesn't work.
