As of 25/12 w are experiencing Emails via Apple Mail app to mobiles via Wi-Fi not Dow loading content. Work find with mobile data. There was a previous issue posted (F010322217) which was apparently resolved in 14/12 but think we are experiencing same issue. Have deleted anti virus and shut down and restarted iPhones (se &xs) but still happening. Any way to overcome?.

If appropriate consider temporarily disabling Web Safe (i.e. Child Safe and Virus Safe), then restart Mail app to see if the issue still occurs and finally restore previous Web Safe settings.
