We are pleased to announce that we have just re-launched our Superuser programme and welcome on board some new Superusers to the team.
Superusers can easily be recognised as they have the rank Superuser underneath their username and these are members who have been recognised by our Community for their participation and contribution.
The Virgin Media Community team will invite selected users to join our Superuser programme at regular intervals throughout the year, following nominations from other Superusers and the Moderation Team. Membership is by invitation only and we will be looking for individuals who have been recognised by our Community for regularly contributing great quality content, being friendly and helpful to others, taking a lead in the community and acting as a role model to other users.
