excessive bill

My new account ,starting from 3rd July, should be £38. this would be taken around the 22 July.

However I am being charged £77 on that date.     Thats my old account and sum.    

Virgin staff have rang me a few times on this, but cancel the call after a few seconds.

Have you received a final bill from your old account confirming that the £77 was part of this? 

 

Just to clarify, your first bill for a renewed account would be a double bill including any one off charges, if you've moved and taken your services with you this would also include deductions if the old account had any overpayments.

 

You should also be able to check this on your online account to have a look at the breakdown of this bill.
