Hi all,

Just thought I'd share a VM good news story.

I had an email from Virgin a few ago which explained that because I was on the Ultimate Oomph package but only using one box (Virgin 360) my account was going to be reviewed, to look for a cheaper option. 

Having looked at my account today I can see that Virgin have reduced my monthly payment from £99 to £93.

This might not seem a lot but I am extremely impressed by this as.
