Why do virgin media keep phoning me?

Why do virgin keep phoning me? I had to block the number. But they keep trying. Not happy

only person that can answer you is the person on the other side of call.
maybe answer and ask them?

Yes i did answer it. hahaha. They wanted my password etc etc. So i hang up.

There have been more than a few posts on the forum (rightly) questioning the wisdom of Virgin Media cold-calling and requesting the account / telephone password to verify their speaking with the account holder.

virgin don't ask for any password.
they may, rightly, ask for certain characters of the password, but never the full password.
that method is pretty much standard practice for any business to verify account holder.
