When will Virgin Broadband be available in my street

Hi all,

Virgin cabled my street ages ago and all local roads except mine seem to have been 'switched on' and are available for broadband packages except mine - can anyone help to tell me if and when Virgin Broadband services will become available for my road?

The best broadband I can get currently is terrible despite being in a busy built up part of South East London. It's barely over the minimum speed pledge from the government.

Any help would be appreciated, the post code checker doesn't tell you much and signing up to cable my street previously was pointless!
