Virgin Media Community keeps logging me out

I have a complicated post to make and when I get to the end and press the 'post' button I get a message to say my session has ended and I have been logged out. How do I post my problem, please.

Perhaps try writing the post offline in a word doc or suchlike, then login and copy & paste it?
