Can’t understand Virgin they have increased my plan by over £40! Yet New customers are being offered the same plan as mine at £40 cheaper? What happened to customer loyalty? I’ve looked at other suppliers and can get a similar package at the cheaper hence why I’m thinking of leaving. Anyone out there had a similar experience?

Did you complain about the new customer discount when you signed up?
I do not agree with existing customers subsidising new customers and would rather see all customers pay the same price, but unless that happens, I will take the new customer discount, try to negotiate deals and move for new customer discount if it becomes worth the hassle.
Likewise, I would rather see investors/owners pay for network expansion and service improvements that I will not benefit from, I don’t need nor want 1G broadband or fibre to my house, I don’t need the Virgin network expanded, I don’t need UHD TV. But all providers are doing the same and all I can do is choose the best deal for me at any given time.
Complaining is futile. Make your choice then pay your money.
