Street equipment

Hi. I have reported a Virgin Media street telecoms box via the automated system but nothing has happened about it. When you call back there is no opportunity to actually speak to anyone. Can anyone help with the next step I need to take to chase this up? Thanks

there is no "next step" really.
you have reported it so your job is done really.

viring will priotise as they deem necessary, which may not match your expectation of priority.

if you feel it's an urgent health and safety issue then you should report to the council so they can "make safe" until a repair is done.
