Spare a thought....

like anybody else, we have all had problems with vm, be it equipment failure or price rise.

When i had my problems like many i phoned up, and again like many took more than one call to fix the problem.

Now i have nothing to do with vm, but i do spare a thought for who ever answers, i don't jump in arguing, it's not there fault they are just there to help you to the best of there capabilities.

What i have found, like the over charge i got, phoned up, nice and polite, problem sorted in a few minutes even got an apology, i understand why she did apologise, but it was not her fault i got over charged, ether way still nice of her.

So next time you call vm and i only know it can be so frustrating, try being calm, keep your cool, and remember it's not the persons fault you are talking to, they are there to help.
