Hi

I wanted to sign up to Virgin Media to avail of their great prices, but now that i have looked further into this, they want €170 off me in set up costs!  Has anyone else had to pay this or did you get a deal where these costs were not charged?

The costs are as follows - €50 to set up Virgin in your home, €60 to set up multi room, €20 activation fee.

I would be very interested to know what other deals have been on offer in the past.  The current deal is €49 euro a month for 12 months for the lowest possible bundle.

You really need to speak to Virgin Media Ireland about this.

This is the Virgin Media UK forum and can only deal with UK customers (they are 2 seperate companies).
