Well i have a question regarding this, If Virgin Engineers Install the Equipment etc, Re your Tivo Box or Router - once you have Cancelled your services, Surely it should be down to Virgin to Get their engineers to Remove or Pick up the Kit,
Cannot see why VM lay responsibility on the customer if it goes Missing or does not turn up, even if the customer have proof of Posting ???????
