If you read through the posts on the damage-reporting forum section at your link above, you will see that some of the issues are re-posted as being in exactly the same condition several weeks, or even months, after the original report was made. I doubt there is such a thing as a reliable average time which could be applied to an individual damaged cabinet. The repair process is probably just subject to the same randomness of outcomes as many other aspects of the VM corporate machine!
