Renewed my contract and DD wrong amount

Has anyone upgraded their account and been charged the full amount without the discount that was agreed? It’s impossible to speak to a human and when logged into the app it’s not allowing me to send an email. Can’t believe I allowed myself to be sucked into another contract by this useless company!
