Problems trying to Join !!!

Having problems trying to join ... Not a good start !!!

Online offer say £79 but changes to £139 on confirmation page

No one seems to be able to help ... 3 hours on the phone going from department to department.

Sales team cant match online offer

Awful Customer Service

Awful customer service.

New customer trying to buy a bundle and price changes on confirmation screen from £79 to £139.

Customer service is non existent and complaints procedure is so complicated and only by writing in.

Is This False Advertising - Offers Online

Why have I been unable to join using the online form with the advertised offer because the price keeps increasing but sales advisor has been able to do it for me at the advertised price but with an offer worth less than half the amount.  Seems like false advertising

 I did reply but this is another issue even though the first wasn't sorted out other than giving me a link to make a complaint.

It is ridiculous how long I have spent on the phone and the false advertising with offers that you cant get.

It was the advertised offer giving a Bise speaker which has now ended.

 

Please look at this as I feel that I should be entitled to that offer rather than the £150 off (less than half the value) as that was the offer I wanted to join with.
