The delivery normally take a while but it's not supposed to take more than a week. We're you given a delivery tracking number? If yes, try checking the update here in Yodel parcel tracking website.
If not, We'll probably need to look that up in your account.

Sorry about the delay with the free Powerlines that were offered last year - since your post we have identified an issue with a delay with this.
I have located your account using your Forum information and have submitted a request to the team dealing with this so we can ensure the Powerlines are posted out ASAP.
I'll also pop you a Private Message - look out for the purple envelope and pop me a reply when you can.
