Poor or no response from virgin

Can anybody help me with a contact number please . 

Sometime in November last year virgin ran the cables for my neighbours installation through my garden under my gravel flower bed then under some slabs , which they broke at the time . 

After I calmed down , I couldn’t believe the stupidity but it was obviously done because it was an easier route . 

After many failed attempts to try to contact the right person I’m begging anybody to help please . 

I even told them I’ll cut the cables if no reply , but even that warning fell on deaf ears , I don’t have a problem with my neighbour so this is a last resort . 

Please help before I contact the Oxford Mail

it should be your neighbour that contacts virgin as they are the customer.
if you are not a customer it'll be hard for you to speak to anyone.

however, at the point of installation i assume the neighbour gave the OK for that route to be used?

My neighbor did say twice they would ring and complain but I’m not sure they did , maybe I will cut the cable . 

They had no idea the route they took , everybody was at work .

cutting the cable would be un-wise. at best you'd p off your neighbour by cutting their service, ast worst it could be treated a criminal damage.

the best you can do is collate as much evidence as you can, evidence showing the damage to the slabs was caused by them.
