Place in Que to talk to representative

Sat waiting to talk to a Virgin representative as my contract has been messed up again. Wondering why they don't give wait times or place in a que.

Re: Place in Que to talk to representative

Having a timer in the queue can show a negative side because if the queue is a long wait from the first 10 seconds of the call you will end up just ending and then may forget or repeat the same process when you have an important query, by not giving a timer I believe it just keeps you thinking "I'll probably be next".

I'm uncertain if this is the reason but it makes sense. I'd recommend using an App like WeQ4U which, as it says - literally waits in the queue for you

Re: Place in Que to talk to representative

they also mean nothing without knowing inside infomation.

If you are 1000 in the queue would you wait? Maybe not
What if i told you they had 500 agents and were on calls that would take 1 minute.

You wait time would have been 2 minutes.

What about if you are number 2 in the queue
Only one agent and they just started a call that will take 45 minutes to complete
Wait time is 45 minutes
