Had the occasion to call 150 for another matter relating to wifi and was asked for certain positional characters for my account password, its always been 4 characters.  The operative told me I had answered incorrectly and we had to resset it to another 6 character password as 4 digits are not accepted.  Since when?  Has something changed recently?

Virgin media's password criteria is more than 6 characters ideally with numbers in there as well. This improves security and protects you and your account and personnel details.

As far as I am aware rmy 'over the phone' account PW has always been 4 characters. Log in is differnent for this site, router and emails. 6 or more. However all changed now.
