PLEASE help!!!!!!

I am experiencing such a terribly challenging time with Virgin and feel like I am getting nowhere fast which is making me feel terribly anxious.

Is there any way that I can speak with somebody based in the UK who will not put me on hold for a long time and then not respond or pass me to another department and continually misinform me...

I am at the end of my tether.

I would be sooooo grateful for any advice.

it depends which dept you are trying to speak to and for what reason.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

The issue is related to having services completely disconnected in error because they thought that i had moved!

Sending an engineer unannounced a week later to reconnect me.

Charging me lots of money and changing my package without informing me.

Advising me to cancel my direct debit to prevent further monies being taken and then charging me for late payment....etc etc 

i literally cannot cope with them anymore.

sounds mostly like billing issues, which you would need to call CS about - those can't be deal with here.

however, the advice about cancelling a DD is wholy wrong, that should never to done unless you have closed your account and final bill has been paid.
