Old Employee Needing Payroll Details

Hey all, 

 

I worked for NTL (as was) through to Virgin Media down in sunny South Wales from '03 to '08 and am looking to get details of my pension. Presume I'd need payroll for this - would anybody be able to punt me in the right direction? The main issue is I'm now resident in Singapore so phoning is sub-optimal.
