I am trying to activate my credit card but the activation code isn’t coming through even though the mobile number is correct. I’ve been on hold on the phone for ages and still not fixed

If you are using a VM mobile sim and this is causing the issues then we can move your post to the mobile section.
Otherwise you need to liaise between your mobile provider and Virgin Money.
Virgin Media and Virgin Money are not related in any official capacity.
