I have been waiting 3 month for free gift. I have spoken to 5 different advisors that promise to escalate and send out the xbox. Yesterday I was told I would receive in 48 hours and today I am told I won't. Complete incompetence and pure lies. I am cancelling my subscription. Terrible company.
