No Response from Complaint

Hello,

I made a complaint on 5th May using the Web Form and Received a confirmation email from the Resolutions Team but since then I have had no contact.

Could anyone from the Team on the forum be able to help with this?   I really don't want to have to contact the regulator would rather just have my issue addressed and move on.

what did the confirmation email say with regards to expected response time?

The Complaints Code of Practice that was included in the email stated that a response can take up to 28 days.

it says you can't take it to independant adjucation until 8 weeks have passed from the point of the complaint being made.

Yeah hopefully they will respond to me before the 8 weeks is up.

In the meantime if anyone on the forum could help find out what is happening with my complaint that would be appreciated.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've not heard back regarding your complaint, I can appreciate you're keen to get a resolution. 

Do you have your complaints reference to hand at all or could you expand on what your complaint is regarding?
