I have recently moved into a new home and it’s taken customer services 2 weeks to inform me that Virgin have a department for new homes. I was really pleased to receive a phone number that would help us get connected but I have been calling it for 2 days, every time I reach 1 HOUR! On hold I get cut off. Can anyone please help me?
I can’t see how it’s right that I’m fighting to be a Virgin customer ?
If someone could escalate this or give me an alternative number, preferably a number that someone answers I would be very grateful.
Could I request an update on our last conversation? I have not any had response and with it being the end of the month no one has said if my Home is Virgin ready? My post code appears on the website but customer services told me to wait a few months where as the last reply I had stated it will be ready at the end of the month?
