National Home builders

Hi,

I have recently moved into a new home and it’s taken customer services 2 weeks to inform me that Virgin have a department for new homes. I was really pleased to receive a phone number that would help us get connected but I have been calling it for 2 days, every time I reach 1 HOUR! On hold I get cut off. Can anyone please help me?

I can’t see how it’s right that I’m fighting to be a Virgin customer ?

If someone could escalate this or give me an alternative number, preferably a number that someone answers I would be very grateful.

The teams have come back to me to confirm that they are actively chasing this for you:

We have already chased this address this morning, with our support teams and I’m just waiting for a reply.

The address is not showing on our system, so I’m just waiting to see when the services will be ready. Once I have been updated, I will then contact AstonJB to advise.

Hopefully later today, or if not then Monday next week. It really depends how quick our support teams get back to me, but if I haven’t heard back by Monday morning I will chase this again.

I'll check back in again with you next Tuesday to make sure you've had a reply from us.

 I have managed to get Aston an update, and I have also sent him an email to advise his address should be live at the end of this month.

Good evening Karen,

Could I request an update on our last conversation? I have not any had response and with it being the end of the month no one has said if my Home is Virgin ready? My post code appears on the website but customer services told me to wait a few months where as the last reply I had stated it will be ready at the end of the month?

I would greatly appreciate an update

This is the second request for an update. I have been told we should be live by the end of the month. Tomorrow is the 1st of December and no one is communicating with me?

Any news for me ??
