Ahh help me! Having the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Virgin. Please someone tell me how I can contact them to tell them:
their internet in Worthing is shocking - I regularly just cuts out
their webchat/chat bot is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered and completely useless - got me no where!
I cannot login as I missed the original email to verify and now it won’t send me a new one…
I want to complain but apparently I have to login to do that (see above….)
so stuck!! help!!
