VM have improved a little bit in terms of broadband complaints but remain rock bottom for pay-TV complaints.

Sky still doing really well.

Not quite the resounding 'fail' of the last OFCOM report (bottom in 3 out of 4 categories IIRC) but VM has still managed to remain 'below average' in all of the categories!

The (slightly odd!) category of 'complaints about complaints' is unsurprising when reading some of the VM complaints transcripts posted verbatim on the forums.
