you should be able to see the posts you have made and also any replies in the 'User Activity' section.
If you use 'Edit profile' for your forum account, and the 'Preferences' tab, you should check the option 'Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in' and 'Save changes' to receive notifications when someone replies to a topic you are subscribed to.
In the 'My subscriptions' section of your forum profile it should show you the topics you are subscribed to.
You need to log on to reply to a question. Just use the 'Reply' button next to the post you want to reply to.
