I would just to thank VM for their good practice in informing me that work that they were carrying out in my area may effect my VM services.
They sent me a personalised email about a week before the date in question and then again on the evening before reminding me of this. Then after the work was completed they sent another email informing me that the work was completed and also thanking me for my patience. You can't say fairer that that can you.
