Its plain to see in this forum that the majority of posts relate to bad service /problems in relationship to virgin, I had posted with regard to a landline which was not working. My post was picked up by Serena_C who dealt with the problem efficiently and without delay. She arranged for engineer visit to address the problem not only that she followed it up to make sure all was well. I know its all too common to come on these forums to vent your anger but I think Serena deserves praise for her customer service and would say to her team leader you have a great asset working on your behalf
