Downgrade

I have been trying to downgrade packages for days by phone get cut off by chat but keeps disconnected I believe this is deliberate by your company To avoid me downgrading !!! 😡

you believe wrong then.
you won't be able to do anything about downgrading on the forum, so you'll need to call CS.

not disputing you are getting cut off, what i am disputing is that, as you say, "I believe this is deliberate by your company To avoid me downgrading"

as said, you believe wrong.
you can't downgrade here, so you need to call CS.

plenty downgrade everyday. we did it last year no problem. if your accusations were correct then it would be a major news story.

virgin/bt/sky get busy. best to phone customer services and sit tight until you do get through. 150 thinking of leaving option.
