I've moved this post to the managing Your Account section - VM Forum Staff don't usually check the natter section.
If you have an active VM account you can log into My Virgin Media either on the webiste or via the app and change the appointment date by clicking on Orders and Appointments.

It should show in your online account - and you can change it from there
