So I have been trying to speak to a manager unsuccessfully for past couple of months and now Virgin media are ignoring me. I am not at all after any compensation all I want to answers as to why Virgin Media complaint procedure is so shambolic. I believe companies should look after there customers in delivering great customer service and with Virgin Media this is clearly not the case. I know these posts are read by Virgin staff so just to let you know I will be contacting Members of your executive team,[REMOVED] by email/phone as it is now my only option.
