Collection Time Slots

I have a date a week away for a kit collection (hub return) but no mention of a time slot - do I get one? If not, what are the possible range of times for Virgin Media to call?

Hi @Pry28 

You should receive an sms from the tech to advise they are on their way within an hour or two of their anticipated arrival.

You can return the hub via collect plus at your leisure.

You can use the following link to  /request-returns-pack 

You can also print out your own returns label https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/virgin 

After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.

use either or both of the following links to find your nearest store

 https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator?v=2.
